By proceeding with your membership signup, you confirm you have read and agree to the below membership terms.

Membership Options

Subscriber agrees to participate in one of the following weekly subscription plans:

•  Core Membership: $22.99 per week. 2 Pieces a week
•  Premium Membership: $32.99 per week. 3 Pieces per week
• Trial Membership: $10 for one week only. 1 Piece.

Members may change tier at anytime. Bond fees are required.

Billing is on a weekly basis and is auto-renewed until canceled by the Subscriber prior to the next billing cycle.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required at the start of the subscription for the core membership, and $300 for the premium membership. This deposit covers potential damages or missing items. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days of subscription termination, pending inspection and return of all items in acceptable condition.

Item Return Policy

All borrowed items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to avoid additional charges. Late returns will be charged at $10 per item per day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Items not returned after 14 days will be considered lost, and the replacement value will be deducted from the Subscriber’s deposit and/or charged to the payment method on file.

Care Instructions

Subscriber agrees to care for all items as follows:

• Avoid exposure to smoke, strong odors, or stains.
• Do not alter or permanently modify items.
• Do not wash or dry clean unless instructed.
• Notify the Company of any damage or excessive wear.

Normal wear is expected; however, damages such as tears, burns, permanent stains, or unauthorised cleaning methods may result in fees or forfeiture of deposit.

Termination & Cancellation

Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. The Company may terminate the agreement for misuse, repeated late returns, or breach of terms. All items must be returned immediately upon termination.

Liability & Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or injuries resulting from the use of borrowed items. The Subscriber assumes full responsibility for the borrowed items during the subscription period.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NSW.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
