How are garments sourced?

We are extremely proud to say that all our stock is sustainably sourced and environmentally conscious. We don’t purchase new garments to ensure we sit by our values of not contributing to fast fashion and over consumption.

We understand that the concept of preloved clothing has a tarnished name. We stand here to change your mind. Find out for yourself. With our motto being spend less and wear more, what are you waiting for?

Membership

What is expected of Members?

Members are expected to treat garments as they would their own. Please keep in mind that we are a small community and we rely on everyone working together to see its full potential.

We ask that members don’t wash the garments, however if a stain occurs that is deemed urgent to treat, either contact us or use the complimentary stain pen provided in the dust bags in order to minimise damage.

Do you offer a Trial?

We understand that commitment can be scary. So we are offering all new members an option for a trial period. The trial runs for two weeks, at $10/week.

This means you don’t need to feel any pressure of donations, or an intimidating bond. We also offer flexible memberships and can cancel at any time.

Donations

Donations are a key value point of our business. Encouraging unused clothing that we all have in the back of our closets, to find a new home where it’s appreciated.

Upon becoming a member, we encourage donations to put be put forward for everyone to enjoy. This is also how we keep our selection ever changing and growing, whilst also still ensuring a variety is maintained.

What can I donate?

All donations must be new or in like new condition. It can range from items of clothing, shoes, bags, occasion wear or even costumes or season wear (ski/snow). We ask all of your donations to be given over clean and ready to share.

To donate, we offer both online and in store. Please fill out the form online and we will be in touch. For in store donations, place items in a safe bag with your name and form attached or provided. We typically will have a response by end of the day.

When will I get my order?

Thats awesome! We wouldn't be able to provide what we do without your donations, so we very much encourage it.

We offer a rewards program to earn cash back on internal rentals and purchases!

Rentals and Sales

Renting and selling your items with us is encouraged! Give your pre-loved items a second life, and even earn some extra cash!

Through this service, members can choose to put forward an item to be featured in our rental and sale stock. To keep up with quality standards, the item(s) must be in like-new condition. We will take on the responsibilities of advertising and hosting your item. Rest assured, there are measures put in place to protect your investment.

Damages or Late Returns

We understand that accidents happen, and we try our best to keep everything as fair as possible for all of our members.

Bonds are a common practice for many businesses, and are all implemented for the same reasons. We request bonds to protect any loss or damage of the garments we offer. If any damage is noted, your bond may be affected.

If you wish to cancel your membership, and all garments are accounted for, your bond will be returned at the end of the billing date.

Late fees: $10/day, per garment.

If there is a valid reason for the late return, please contact us immediately.

Feedback is everything in a community like this, so hearing from you when we can is how we can truly impress you every time.

Sizing: We understand that finding your size online can be difficult, and it doesn’t make it any easier that our closet is made up of a huge array of brands- and in turn, different size guides. Help all of our members by adding your comments online about the fit.
