By proceeding with your order, you state and confirm that you have read and agree to the below rental terms.

Payment Terms

Full payment (rental fee + security deposit) is due prior to or at the time of pick-up.

Late returns will incur a fee of $10 per day.

Condition of Item

The dress is provided in clean and wearable condition. The Renter agrees to return it in the same condition (excluding normal wear). Any damage, stains, or loss will result in deductions from the deposit or additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 2 days of the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds are provided for no-shows or early returns.

Care Instructions

The dress must not be altered or washed. Please follow care instructions provided. We will handle cleaning.

Liability

The Renter assumes full responsibility for the item(s) while in their possession. Borrowers Boutique is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage resulting from use of the rented item.

Agreement

By signing below, the Renter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
